This smoothie is well balanced, full of nutrients, and delicious!

I appreciate a recipe that’s open ended so to speak, simple, versatile, that you can add, replace and take ingredients and still be amazing. This one definitely is one of those recipes.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 Tspoon of honey
  • 1 Tspoon of wheatgrass powder

Method:

Juice the oranges, pour the juice into a blender cup. Peel the avocado and the banana, cut them into chunks and add it to the juice. Add the honey and wheatgrass powder and blend it all. Pour it over ice (optional) into your preferred glass and enjoy.

suggestion:

You can also use it as the base for a smoothie bowl, of course.

Add fuit, nuts, or cereal for a more robust meal.
